Description:
When using a "sys smtp-server" object (System >> Configuration >> Device >> SMTP) to configure an SMTP mail server, mail may be rejected by the remote SMTP server, and clicking on the "Test Connection" button returns "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate" ... Impact ... Unable to send mail for BIG-IP features that make use of the 'sys smtp-server' object, such as AVR and ASM reports. ... Conditions ... The remote SMTP server requires TLS1.2 or higher. ...
