The web user interface of any of the HPE G2 Power Distribution Units listed in the Scope below may display the message "HTTP ERROR 400" when browsing. Note: This condition is benign and rare to reproduce.

Resolution
To avoid this issue, perform the following recommended actions: Verify that the Power Distribution Units are at firmware version 2.0.0.k (or later). After connecting to the User Interface via FileZilla FTP tool under Web folder, verify the grommet.htm file is the correct size 657,629 bytes for firmware version 2.0.0.K. If a newer version firmware is being used, the grommet.htm file size can be checked against other HPE G2 Power Distribution Units with the same firmware version. The size of the grommet.htm may vary between firmware versions. If the grommet.htm file is a smaller size or in some cases 0KB, "HTTP ERROR 400" will occur; therefore, send an email to Rack and Power Sustaining Parts requesting the "hpe_grommet.htm file for fw 2.0.0.k.zip". Once you receive the file, replace the old file with the new file from the hpe_gromment folder included in the zipfile or copy the grommet.htm file from another good working user interface. Note: Performing a factory reset and firmware upgrade (via SSH/FTPS) to version 2.0.0.K does not resolve the issue.
