Scope

This issue affects HPE Compute SR Gen10/Gen10 Plus/Gen11 Controllers attached to all AMD servers.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following HPE Compute SR Controller firmware releases: HPE Compute SR Gen10: 6.22 HPE Compute SR Gen10 Plus: 3.01.23.072 HPE Compute SR Gen11: 3.01.23.072 As a workaround, when HPE Compute SR Controllers are attached to any AMD server, NEVER enable AMD DMA Remapping or Microsoft Secured-core support in the RBSU configuration. If the Microsoft Secured-core or AMD DMA Remapping is enabled, resulting in the unexpected behavior, power-off the system, and then reset the RBSU settings through the iLO.
