This is expected, since the HPE Smart Array S100i SR Gen10 and HPE SR100i Gen10 Plus drivers are no longer supported by the following: HPE SPP-embedded OS in versions 2023.3 and later HPE SSP-embedded OS in versions 23.20 and later
Scope
This advisory applies to all HPE Gen10 servers embedded with HPE Smart Array SR Gen10 Software RAID and HPE Gen10 Plus servers embedded with HPE SR100i Gen10 Plus Software RAID.
Resolution
To update the HPE Smart Array SR Gen10 Software RAID and HPE SR100i Gen10 Plus Software RAID and devices using them, perform the SPP/SSP update starting with SPP version 2023.3 and SSP version 23.20 in online mode (available for Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Windows Hyper-V Server only); see the HPE S100i Gen10 Software RAID QuickSpecs and HPE SR100i Gen10 Plus Software RAID QuickSpecs . This will ensure that the HPE Smart Array SR Gen10 and HPE SR100i Gen10 Plus drivers are loaded properly on the host OS.
