On any HPE ProLiant DL320/DL345/DL385/DL380a Gen11 server configured with a Broadcom switch and running Microsoft Windows Server 2019, several SAS controller devices may display a yellow exclamation point in the Device Manager and show the error message "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)".
Scope
Any HPE ProLiant DL320/DL345/DL385/DL380a Gen11 server configured with a Broadcom Switch to connect GPUs.
Resolution
Install the following driver to fix this issue: Broadcom PCIe Switch Management Driver for Microsoft Windows Server 2019 This driver will be added to the next SPP Gen11 release.
