Document Version Release Date Details 2 January 16, 2024 Updated the Resolution with the permanent fix, OneView 8.7. 1 December 18, 2023 Original Document Release. Attempts to add an HPE ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 Server as "Monitored" to HPE OneView 8.60 will fail with the error message: " HPE OneView does not support management of "ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2" model servers "

Scope

Any attempts to add an HPE ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 Server to HPE OneView 8.60 or earlier.

Resolution

This is corrected in HPE OneView 8.7. Update to OneView 8.70 or later. As a workaround for OneView, contact HPE Support team and provide the Document ID a00136447.
