On an HPE ProLiant DL110 Gen11 server configured with the Qualcomm X100 5G RAN Accelerator for HPE, during a warm reboot (reboot from the operating system), some PCIe devices from the X100 card may be missing. Expected after warm reboot: Observed after warm reboot: The missing devices are not in any particular order.
Any HPE ProLiant DL110 Gen11 server configured with any of following the Qualcomm X100 5G RAN Accelerator for HPE: Qualcomm X100 5G RAN GNSS Accelerator for HPE - S1C90C Qualcomm X100 5G RAN Accelerator for HPE - S1C91C
To allow the cards to be detected and functioning, reboot the server from iLO power options or perform a cold boot, instead of a warm reset from OS. This issue will be fixed in a future software release from Qualcomm and this document will be updated when more information becomes available.
