Integrated Smart Update Tool (iSUT) version 4.5.0.0 (or earlier) running on any Microsoft Windows Server operating system may stop running with Exception code:c0000005. Intermittently, within days or weeks, the Integrated Smart Update Tools for Windows service will stop running. When this problem occurs, the Windows Application log will display the following error message: Windows application Event ID 1000. Faulting application name: sut.exe version 4.6.0.0 with Exception code: 0xc0000005
Any HPE ProLiant Gen10 or HPE ProLiant Gen11 server, HPE Apollo Gen10, HPE Synergy Gen10 or HPE Synergy Gen11 running Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 with integrated Smart Update Tool (iSUT) version 4.5.0.0 (or earlier).
This issue is fixed with Integrated Smart Update Tools for Windows version 4.6.0.0, available here .
