Scope
Any HPE ProLiant Gen10 or Gen10 plus server, when attempting an offline deployment through PXE server of Service Pack for ProLiant 2023.03.00 and 2023.09.00.
Resolution
As a workaround, use other methods to deploy SPP, documented in page 10 of the Gen10/Gen10 Plus SPP Release Notes: Gen10/Gen10 Plus SPP 2023.03.00.00 Release Notes Gen10/Gen10 Plus SPP 2023.09.00.00 Release Notes This issue will be addressed in a future version of Service Pack for ProLiant, and this document will be updated when more information is available.
