HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) firmware v2.81 may respond slowly if an NVMe drive is replaced. For example, when this occurs, a delay of a few minutes, or other unexpected slow response time may be observed.
Scope
Any HPE system with iLO 5 firmware v2.81.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, reset iLO 5 or update to iLO 5 firmware to v2.95 (or later). To download iLO 5 v2.95, perform the following steps: Click the following link: http://www.hpe.com/support/ilo5 The page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the selected product. From the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" expandable filter menus on the left side of the page: For further filtering if needed - Select the specific Operating System from the Operating Environment. Locate and select the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 v2.95 firmware . Click the Revision History tab to locate the latest version. For more important information, review the Release Notes tab. Click the Download button.
