In rare circumstances Active Health System (AHS) may stop logging data for certain modules due to HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) reaching a maximum limit of providers. When this occurs, certain debug data may not get logged in AHS.
Scope
Any of the following HPE ProLiant and Synergy Gen11 servers running iLO 6 firmware v1.55: HPE ProLiant RL300 Gen11 HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen11 HPE ProLiant ML110 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DX365 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL560 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL380a Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL365 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL345 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL320 Gen11 HPE ProLiant DL110 Gen11 HPE Synergy 480 Gen11 Compute Module
Resolution
To resolve this issue, update to iLO 6 firmware v1.56 (or later). To download iLO 6 v1.56, perform the following steps: Click the following link: http://www.hpe.com/support/ilo6 The page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the selected product. From the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" expandable filter menus on the left side of the page: For further filtering if needed - Select the specific Operating System from the Operating Environment. Locate and select the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 v1.56 firmware . click the Revision History tab to locate the latest version. For more important information, review the Release Notes tab. Click the Download button.
