On an HPE ProLiant DL20/ML30 Gen11 server with Intel Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) SATA enabled, the drive location will be displayed with an incorrect format under RBSU > System Configurations > Intel VROC. The drive location is displayed as "Port, Model Serial Number, size" instead of "Embedded:Port=X:Box=X:Bay=X,Model No., SN:XXXX, Size." Details regarding the location of the drive are correct; the issue is with the format used to display the location.

Any HPE ProLiant DL20 Gen11 or ProLiant ML30 Gen11 server.

Resolution

This display issue has been corrected with System ROM version 1.44 (or later), available here .
