The operating system details from the server hardware page may not display the full version details for Gen11 servers. However, the full version information is displayed for the Gen10 and Gen10 Plus servers. Examples of the missing version information : Gen10: VMware ESXi 7.0.3 Build-21930508 Update 3 Patch 95 Gen11: VMware ESXi Gen10: Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 10.0.20348 Gen11: Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter
Scope
HPE OneView 8.70 (or earlier) managing or monitoring Gen11 servers.
Resolution
This issue will be resolved in a future version of HPE OneView. This advisory will be updated when more information is available. As a workaround, view the operating system version in the iLO GUI.
