HPE Emulex SN1610E HBAs in boot slots configured in an HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 shipped prior to December 2023 are not displayed in the UEFI Device Manager.
Any HPE Compute Scale-Up Server 3200 shipped prior to December 2023 and configured with Emulex SN1610E HBAs with firmware version 14.0.499 (or earlier) in boot slots. HPE Compute Scale-Up Server 3200 systems shipped after December 15, 2023, with Emulex SN1610E HBAs installed were updated with firmware version 14.2.589.15 and therefore should not encounter the issue.
