Scenario 1 While attached to HPE MR Gen10 Plus/Gen11 controllers, on drives that display a predictive failure or failed state, the drive status is changed to a "warning/critical" health value on the HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) Storage Information page, but the status erroneously shows "OK" in the iLO Server Health tab. The drive status is correct in the iLO Storage Information page: The storage status is incorrect in the iLO Server Health tab: Scenario 2 While attached to HPE MR Gen10 Plus/Gen11 controllers, Storage Volume displays a Degraded state, the Volumes status is change to a “warning” health value on the HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) Storage Information page, but the status erroneously shows "OK" in the iLO Server Health tab. This advisory applies to all HPE MR Gen10 Plus/Gen11 controllers.
Drives in a predictive failure or failed state display the correct status in the iLO Storage Information page. This issue will be fixed in a future HPE MR controller firmware release. This document will be updated when more information is available.
