HPE ProLiant Gen10, Gen10 Plus or Gen11 systems configured with Sangoma Diva PRI Media Boards may experience an issue where the Sangoma driver is not able to discover the option card. This will result in the card being unable to function as intended. Note: Sangoma Media Boards are not sold nor replaced by HPE. Contact Sangoma for assistance with this device.

Resolution
This issue is resolved in a System ROM update; select the appropriate System ROM version as follows: ProLiant Gen10 servers: ROM version 3.10 (or later). ProLiant Gen10 Plus servers: ROM version 2.00 (or later). ProLiant Gen11 Intel-based servers: ROM version 2.10 (or later). ProLiant Gen11 AMD-based servers: ROM version 1.56 (or later). Any Sangoma Diva PRI option cards installed in a server that has been booted with a System ROM version earlier than the ones listed above will need to be replaced. This is required because the Sangoma Diva card will have experienced corruption of an image stored on it. Customers are advised to update their ROM BEFORE replacing the Sangoma Diva PRI option card to avoid corrupting data on the replacement. To download the System ROM, perform the following steps: 1.Click the following link: Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center . 2.Enter a product name (e.g., " DL380 Gen11") in the text search field and wait for a list of Suggested Products to display. From the Suggested Products list displayed, identify the desired product and select it. 3.The page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the selected product. From the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" expandable filter menus on the left side of the page: -Select the Software Type "BIOS" -Select the Subtype "System ROM" -For further filtering if needed select the specific Operating System from the Operating Environment Type. 4.Locate and select the System ROM 2.10 (or later). Note: To ensure that you have selected the latest version of the firmware/driver, click the Revision History tab to check if a new version of the firmware/driver is available. For more important information, review the Release Notes tab. 5.Click Download. RECEIVE PROACTIVE UPDATES : Receive support alerts (such as Customer Advisories), as well as updates on drivers, software, firmware, and customer replaceable components, proactively in your e-mail through HPE Support Alerts.
