For any HPE platforms configured with the Mellanox MCX631432AS-ADAI Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port SFP28 OCP3 Adapter for HPE and running firmware version 26.35.1012, in rare instances, the network adapter may disappear from the server during the boot process.
Scope
In the scenario described above, any HPE platforms configured with the Mellanox MCX631432AS-ADAI Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port SFP28 OCP3 Adapter for HPE and running firmware version 26.35.1012.
Resolution
To avoid this issue, update the network adapter firmware to version 26.37.1700 (or later). Additional information can be found at the below link.
