A support case can be created from the Case History tab of HPE InfoSight. The City field is not considered a mandatory field; however, if left blank, the following message will be displayed when attempting to create a new case: "Sorry, Unable to create case. Invalid response from WES"
In the scenario described above, any HPE platforms using HPE InfoSight.
To avoid this issue, fill out all the fields under the Service Incident Address section.
