Customers can either navigate to the information or search using text strings or keywords. Advisories, Notices, and Bulletins are available in the HPE Support Center (HPESC) . This document provides tips for locating documents on the Support Center. When searching the HPE website for information such as HPE servers Customer Advisories, Customer Notices, and Customer Bulletins, HPE recommends using specific criteria in order to allow the search engine to perform optimally. This document provides answers to the following questions: How do I find information using search strings? How do I find Support Information for My Product? How do I receive support alerts (such as Customer Advisories), as well as updates on drivers, software, firmware, and customer replaceable components, proactively via e-mail? How do I locate Security Bulletins?
