This notice announces the release of HP B-series Fabric Operating System (FOS) 7.1.0a firmware for select HP B-series 8 Gb and 16 Gb fibre channel switches. This release introduces support for a new 16 Gb 96-port switch, new core processor blade, and an enhanced multi-protocol blade. Additionally, new management software, HP Network Advisor 12.0.0, is also being introduced.
