As a customer who purchased support and subscription for the VMware Mirage products you are entitled to support and subscription through the lifetime of the product. VMware has released the 5.0 version of the Mirage products. You must keep your environment current with the most recent version available to remain supported by HP. As per our partner agreement with VMware, HP must end support on these products in alignment with VMware’s End of Support Life date. While you may continue to use the VMware Mirage product, HP support for this product will end for all 4.X version as of 03/04/2016 and you must move to 5.X version by this date. EOSL date has been announced for the 5.X version of Mirage as 6/24/2017. As a current support and subscription customer you are entitled to move to future versions of Mirage. You may continue receiving support through the lifecycle of the product. Mirage is include in the Horizon Advanced and Enterprise editions.
