As per our partner agreement with VMware, HP must end support on these products in alignment with VMware’s End of Support Life date. While you may continue to use the Lab Manager product, support for this product will now end on May 31, 2014. VMware’s communication of the decision to extend Lab Manager support occurred after the original EOSL date had passed. Your support agreement was amended to remove Lab Manager support on April 30, 2013 and a pro-rated credit was applied against the unused portion of support for these products. If you would like to have the Lab Manager product support added back to your contract please contact HP sales or contract administrator. For customers who took advantage of the license exchange program to move to vCloud Director from Lab Manager by January 31, 2013 please disregard this letter.
