As per our partner agreement with VMware, HP must end support on these products in alignment with VMware’s End of Support Life date. While you may continue to use the VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat product, HP support for this product will end for the following versions as stated below: VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat 6.0 and 6.5 – July 31, 2015 VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat 6.6 – September 30, 2018 If you are running a version earlier than 6.6 you must migrate to Version 6.6 by July 31, 2015 to continue support on vCenter Heartbeat for the remainder of the products service lifecycle. The end of service life date for the 6.6 version is September 30, 2018. You may renew your support and subscription with HP up to this date. There was a SKU replacement that occurred in August of 2012. If you purchased your product before this date and/or have not renewed your service contract since that date, you will see a change in SKU on your quote as your contract will be migrated to the current set of SKUS for vCenter Heartbeat. VMware has not communicated an upgrade migration pathway for VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat.
