Currently we have some resmoke tasks that us --tagFile in the invocation but do not actually have a tagFile. We should get rid of this so we can add a check in resmoke to validate the tagFile exists instead of just silently deleting it Implicit multiversion tasks are tagged with no_multiversion_generate_tasks in evergreen
