Include collection namespace in balancer warning logs

During a balancing round, the balancer could emit several warnings (e.g. 1, 2, 3) regarding collection balancing status. Most of these warning only include information about a specific chunk and starting from SERVER-31540 this information does not include the namespace of the collection anymore but only the UUID of the collection. By only mentioning the collection UUID and not the namespace of the collection, these logs could be difficult to interpret for our users.
