https://github.com/10gen/mongo/commit/47db3b95761df35ad807c253c0f58d56d78ca782 attempted to disable these by removing the cron field, but the cron field defaults to a week if unset. Add the activate: false flag to the LTO build variants to make sure they won't trigger BFGs. See https://mongodb.slack.com/archives/C0V896UV8/p1709151970482569 for context
