query_settings_reject_application.js expects per-command metrics to be updated if an operation is rejected due to the query settings reject flag. However, these metrics are per ClusterRole; the test fails as a different instance of the metric is updated. This issue had been identified at the time the test was introduced, and some replica_set_endpoint suites already exclude this test; all affected suites should be similarly updated. Note the reject functionality is covered elsewhere, in tests which do run successfully under replica_set_endpoint suites. For now, this metrics-only test may be excluded from affected suites.
