This code expects to pull the hostname from AWS, or if it is not present, use "REPLACE_WITH_WORKSTATION_HOST_NAME". https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/4c626cf974434a17793df62f3139c20f0f5f76ed/site_scons/site_tools/integrate_bazel.py#L445 Unfortunately 'requests' will throw instead of returning an error when the system is not on AWS, which means the user doesn't get helpful information about fixing engflow.
