According to specifications from the technical design, log traces that specify the origin service of the trace should be in lower case. Specs: "svc":"s" or "svc":"r"

max.hirschhorn@10gen.com commented on Tue, 2 Apr 2024 11:57:02 +0000: I had asked George to file SERVER-83749 and change to use uppercase letters "R" and "S", and "-" for the None role, to match the style of log component names. I think we should update the technical design here instead.
