'setQuerySettings' command execution may violate a design invariant (code 8758500) if related query settings entry is concurrently removed. Also, if the client requests are served by a different mongoses, sequential execution of a sequence of commands 'removeQuerySettings', followed by 'setQuerySettings' can produce the same result.
