TPCH Denormalized Query 15 experienced a 90% throughput regression from SERVER-87378's change of build target env.Library to env.BazelLibrary in mongo/src/third_party/gperftools/SConscript. Reverting just this one line of the commit locally restored performance to the immediately preceding level. I will add a developer comment with detailed info on the investigation and reproduction.
