SERVER-86163 made it illegal to run transitionFromDedicatedConfigServer when the FCV is less than 8.0. So it is no longer valid to run multiversion tests in this suite. We should make this build variant on the 8.0 branch exclude multiversion_incompatible tests just like it does ini the 7.0 branch and not run multiverson suites.
