sessionMigrationInfo oplog entry is constructed with an empty namespace and that is being appended to the transaction participant's list of affectedNamespaces(which was introduced recently to address the scenario where multiple nss are affected by retryable writes). Ensure that the namespace is not empty when adding it the list of affectedNamespaces.
