oscrypto used in the mock_ocsp crashes in Debian due to not being able to read the openssl version. We need to change the library used or update oscrypto to the latest commit (https://github.com/wbond/oscrypto/commit/d5f3437ed24257895ae1edd9e503cfb352e635a8) that fixes this issue.
