SERVER-57784 describes an issue where a future can be ready'd before the shared executor will actually be destroyed. In a unit test scenario, this can cause this invariant to hit if the test is able to finish before the executor is destroyed. SERVER-57784 fixed resharding_oplog_applier_test and we should see if something similar can be done for resharding_txn_cloner_test
