Currently compile_ninja_bazel is failing in the MacOS AMD64 Bazel Compile variant because we're using "variables-files=etc/scons/xcode_macosx_arm64.vars" instead of "variables-files=etc/scons/xcode_macosx.vars". This is causing wiredtiger to link against arm64 when we're building amd64 archives in Bazel.
