Description:
Symptoms
Assume that you use SQL Server 2017 Analysis Services (SSAS) in Tabular mode. When you process a tabular model database, table, or partition, processing hierarchy objects takes a long time.
Resolution
This fix is included in Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2017.
