The Change Data Capture (CDC) feature cannot be enabled on a database that is enabled for In-Memory Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) access. This improvement unblocks enabling CDC on a database that uses In-Memory OLTP and In-Memory Objects. Additionally, cdc_session XEvent has been updated to print out Scan Phase information.
