Description:

Improvement

This improvement includes SQL Server 2017 online update by using the new CAB files. The new CAB files have the following fixes for the R/Python runtime features: Fixes the bug where sp_execute_external_script executing a python script sometimes loses data when returning varbinary or binary data type back to SQL in the form of an OutputDataSet. With this update, the data loss is eliminated completely. Fixes the bug where sp_execute_external_script executing an R script shows the following warning message. After you apply this update, the warning message is no longer seen.
