Description:

Symptoms

If you create an external library and then run DBCC CHECKDB in Microsoft SQL Server 2019, database corruption occurs, and the following error message is generated: Msg 8992, Level 16, State 1, Server <ServerName>, Line <LineNumber> Check Catalog Msg 3851, State 1: An invalid row (class=128,depid==<DepId>,depsubid=0) was found in the system table sys.syssingleobjrefs (class=128). CHECKDB found 0 allocation errors and 2 consistency errors not associated with any single object. CHECKDB found 0 allocation errors and 2 consistency errors in database 'master'.

We recommend that you install the latest build for your version of SQL Server: Latest cumulative update for SQL Server 2019
