Assume that you have a peer-to-peer replication setup that includes one or more peers on a non-default port. Then, you follow the steps in the following Microsoft Learn article to add an article to an existing peer-to-peer publication: Administer a Peer-to-Peer topology (Replication SP) - SQL Server | Microsoft Learn In this situation, you notice that the changes to newly added articles are not replicated because the replication stored procedures for newly added articles are missing on the subscriber server.
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server: Cumulative Update 18 for SQL Server 2019 About cumulative updates for SQL Server Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and security fixes that were in the previous build. We recommend that you install the latest build for your version of SQL Server: Latest cumulative update for SQL Server 2019
