Fixes an issue in which the following assertion failure occurs while you try to restore a database to a disk with insufficient storage, which causes the SQL Server instance to stop responding: <DateTime> Error: 17066, Severity: 16, State: 1. <DateTime> SQL Server Assertion: File: <buffer.cpp>, line=12797 Failed Assertion = 'bufDiscarded'. This error may be timing-related. If the error persists after rerunning the statement, use DBCC CHECKDB to check the database for structural integrity, or restart the server to ensure in-memory data structures are not corrupted.
