Fixes an issue in which the size of the _$update_bitmap column of dbo.conflict_<owner>_<table> doesn't get updated with changes in the number of columns of the original conflicting table, which causes the Distributor agent in peer-to-peer replication to fail with the following error message: String or binary data would be truncated in table '<TableName>', column '<ColumnName>'. Truncated value: "."
