Makes the following improvements to the compressed memory dump feature: - Adds the use of the FILE_FLAG_NO_BUFFERING flag to improve I/O performance and prevent excessive growth of the file cache. - Adds the dynamic auto-tuning parallelism to the feature to take advantage of the available CPU cores.
