Fixes an issue in which the SQLdiag tool doesn't start when trying to read the default XML configuration file. Additionally, you receive the following error message: <DateTime> SQLDIAG Output path: <FolderPath> <DateTime> SQLDIAG Failed to load XML configuration file: ErrCode:0xC00CE169,Reason:"'16' violates enumeration constraint of '7 8 9 10 10.5 10.50 11 12 13 14 15 *'.
