Published: 2024-03-26T21:26:08.62+00:00 ---------------------------------------- After installing the November 2023 non-security preview update, released November 30, 2023 (KB5032278 (https://support.microsoft.com/help/5032278)) or later updates, Surface Hub devices might face issues launching the Edge browser while clicking URLs/links or while trying to open mp4 video files. The Edge browser will not launch, and the user will be presented with a "Search for app in the Store?" dialog box in the following scenarios: - Clicking on a hyperlink from applications such as Word, PowerPoint - Clicking on any help link from the Settings page - Trying to open an mp4 or any other video format from the OneDrive app Note Users will still be able to launch the Edge browser app standalone and manually enter the URL. Resolution: This issue was resolved in KB5035941 (https://support.microsoft.com/help/5035941) and later updates.
