The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.5 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.5. ( VM-Series firewalls only ) Fixed an intermittent issue where deactivating the firewall via XML API using manual mode failed. This occurred because the size of the license token file was incorrect.
