Fixed an issue where, in the case of multiple AWS Partner Network (APN) connections, the GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTPv2) Create Session Requests were sent to the firewall within a short interval, which caused the firewall to create the GTP-sessions incorrectly.

The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.3 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.3. Fixed an issue where, in the case of multiple AWS Partner Network (APN) connections, the GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTPv2) Create Session Requests were sent to the firewall within a short interval, which caused the firewall to create the GTP-sessions incorrectly.
