The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.3 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.3. Fixed an issue where connections from firewalls running PAN-OS 10.1.0 to a Panorama appliance running PAN-OS 10.1.0 broke unexpectedly.
