The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.7 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.3, 10.1.7. ( M-700 appliances in Log Collector mode only ) Fixed an issue on the Panorama management server where the Panorama appliance failed to connect to Panorama when added as a managed log collector. On the Panorama management server, an M-700 appliance in Log Collector mode fails to connect to Panorama when added as a managed collector ( Panorama > Managed Collectors ). Workaround: Log in to the M-700 CLI and recover the Log Collector connectivity to Panorama .
